The pool opened for adult length swims in January, 2014.

The pool is typically configured as two 25m, 10 lane tanks, both at 79ºF, at the deeper end, plus a 17m, 10 lane section, kept at 86ºF, at the shallower end.
This is the first facility Places2Swim has heard of with a thermal bulkhead allowing one pool to be kept at two, different temperatures.
