This is a clean, nice pool with limited public hours. One nice thing to know is that when free swim (bain libre) is scheduled, there is one lane open for doing lengths. I swam on a Friday evening and had the lane to myself for most of the time.
Bring your own lock for the lockers. Be aware that here, as in many Montreal public pools, there is a “minimal nudity” policy, even in single gender changing rooms. Notices about this are in French only. Shower in your swimsuit and cover up while changing or you may be reprimanded by staff. The locker room has hair dryers.
