Going for lane swim here is really difficult. People who do not understand pool etiquette make lap swimmers stop and turn around half-way down the lane. The lifeguards do nothing, and when you tell them, they shrug "it's a public pool" - but is lane swim, not leisure swim.
The lifeguards are pretty much asleep, and people are entering the indoor pool unshowered. People regularly enter the pool deck wearing outdoor footwear, too.
The change rooms are filthy, lately. There is always garbage on the floor and globs of hair.
