There are four pools in the Granite Club's aquatic centre. Two are used for lap swimming. Both are managed by life guards, so if you have to share a lane (which rarely happens) they manage the process. A third is used as an overflow recreational swim pool, when necessary. The complex is beautiful and covered with a glass roof that retracts once the temperature reaches 23ºC/73ºF. All pools are extremely well maintained and managed. It is probably the nicest facility I have even been in. The downside is you either have to be a member or find someone who will take you as a guest. It is one of those places that if you need to ask what the entrance fees are, you probably can't afford it.
