Definitely 25 yards, not meters. On the positive side, the water was cool-ish (maybe 81ºF [27ºC]). On the negative side, this was one of the dirtier, cloudier, stray hairy-er LA Fitness pools I have been to. If you’re in this area, try with all your might to instead swim at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre.
