I swim at this facility almost every day. It is a nice facility with friendly staff and nice 25-metre pool. It has six lanes marked slow, medium, and fast. Their schedule, which is posted online, normally has a morning and noon lane swim.
The change room is simple with a three-spout communal shower and one private shower. There are about six private change rooms and one toilet. Bring a lock for the lockers. There are no hair dryers provided and most of the time the outlets don’t work if you bring your own. That’s the only downside.
