What a wonderful facility and a delight that it gets opened to the general community for both recreation and lap swimming. This is definitely the best "pool for swimmers" in Simcoe County - 8 x 25 meters, with flowover gutters, pace clocks at both ends of the pool, water temperature probably 80º - 81º F (27ºC), and deep, clean water.
They don't have a lot of community lap swimming hours, but it's definitely worth checking out. There's a photo and more information about the pool on the 1001 Pools site.
