The water is clean, clear, and not over-chlorinated. VERY busy early in the morning. Oldsters don't hesitate to take over a lap lane for water walking - even though there's a separate lane for it - while guards sit on hands.

There is also a smaller children's and aquafitness pool with water slides.
This facility was foremerly called the Southwest Branch YMCA, but it appears to be the only remaining YMCA location in Topeka (one location with a pool shut down and another was sold), so it's not a "branch" anymore.
