You can swim here from 6.30 AM to 10.30 PM (last entry at 10 PM), except Saturday evening, when closed for private hire. Private showers are located in the toilets. The communal changing room is closed 9 AM to 3 PM, term time, so one has to squeeze into a cubicle or use a family changing cubicle. This is an excellent facility that you can always get into, unlike many UK pools that are closed to the public for school lessons.
