The pool is not closed on Sundays for galas. WASC always have the pool from 5 o'clock onwards for training purposes. The club sometimes hosts galas on Saturday on short notice. The leisure centre's website is generally kept up to date with unexpected closures and those planning to swim on a Saturday afternoon or evening should check the schedule on the centre's website.
