You can get a workout, but better for slower swimmers than fast; a unique experience. Great for families, with a children's pools and a neat diving area - towers, boards, and a trampoline

The main pool doesn't have lanes and pinches in the corners, but is wide enough for 3 - 4 swimmers. The 20m pool is better, but was filled with pool toys and kids.

Amazing - incredibly clean and didn't seem crowded at all! I loved it.
