Facility Notes
NOTE: The pool is ordinarily unheated. There is a $200 per day additional charge to heat the pool, if desired. Depending on the season and weather conditions, it may be necessary to begin heating the pool up to two days in advance. Heating is not needed in summer and inadviseable in winter, when wet suits are recommended. See the FAQ on the facility's official website ("Website", above) for more information. [April, 2025]
The facility is operated as a teams training site with lodging, a cycling/running track and the pool, and is available for exclusive rental Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
The pool is kept in the high 70ºs to low 80ºsF (24º - 27ºC) in spring and fall and around 80ºF (27ºC) in summer.
The accommodations are quite limited; some are somewhat primitive.
