This is the adult pool of the Hyatt Regency. Its hours are 7 AM to 10 PM. The pool is an irregular rectangle (if there is that kind of thing). You can swim "sort of" straight by taking a straight shot from one end to the other. I was able to do flip turns by using the third step of the stairs on one end as my "flip surface". It was fine, not ideal for a bunch of reasons. I am not sure how you would swim in it if anyone else was in the pool - swimming laps or otherwise. Two or three "aware" swimmers could probably swim at the same time.
The pool was clean and quiet when I was there. The temperature was "within the norm" of heated pools. The challenge to swimming there was that there are no visual cues as you get near the ends of the pool to stop or flip. This is generally an issue for any "non lap" pool.
