A very nice pool, 6 lane, 25m with at least 3 lanes with ropes for lane swimming. It's clean and the temperature is just right. Swim caps are required. Access to the men's changing rooms is rather chilly, but the showers and changing rooms are verypleasant.
The pool is well laid out; there's a sauna and steam room with cold dunk tanks at the ready. There's also a hydro pool and a "treadmill" pool (short with a current for in-place swimming) for rehabilitation use only.
