This is one of the best facilities in the region. It opens at 6 A.M. for the swimming club and at 7.30 A.M. for early morning swim (half the pool until 8 A.M.) It's always clean, the temperature's just right, and there are plenty of showers and goodchanging facilities with hair dryers (20p). Residents get special rates for morning swim. £1.00 for a locker is returned on leaving. From 10 A.M. water flumes/jets and wave machines start. There are also two large water slides.
