It wasn't too crowded on a Sunday morning. There were three lanes open for laps (no speed indications, anything goes) and one lane for fins/flippers. It's a clean, decent pool but the simple "floater" lane lines they use don't dissipate the waves; the water is very choppy – be prepared to swallow water. The changing area is a typical, unisex labyrinth of cramped cabins and showers (1€/returned).
