St. Ives Leisure Centre

This is a beautiful pool at the top of a hill overlooking St Ives; you can see the coast through huge windows alongside the pool. The water is clear and clean, and it feels like a fast pool. The lanes are speed segregated and there are lots of lap times through the day. The locker/change room area is beside the pool area and opens directly into the swimming area.

Note. Parking can be tricky because the main car park for the whole town is just outside. Lots of people visit this area with few places to park outside this lot.

This is a fantastic pool. They keep the water temperature around 27.5ºC; the facilities are clean (street shoes must be removed before entering the changing area); lanes are available for much of the day; and the staff are very helpful.

Good pool - new, with excellent showers and changing facilities.
