Your Places2Swim site editors visited Seaside back in November, 1991. We didn't see the pools then (they may not have been built yet); it's a beautiful community, but the 25y pool is likely to be quite cold in winter.

Facility Notes
There was to have been a 20y, 3 lane, indoor/outdoor, heated pool, but we found no mention of it on the resort's site in February, 2013.
We've placed our GPS and Google Map link at the point identified by Google as the Seaside Swim & Tennis Club, but its three swimming pools are spread around the village. There's one under a canvass awning at the GPS point identified; we don't know its dimensions or anything else about it. The pool identified above in the listing can be seen on Google Maps HERE.
