The indoor pool is clean and a good temperature for lap swimming (around 79ºF/26ºC). Kickboards, buoys, fins, etc. are available poolside. The locker/shower rooms are fine, with sex-segregated saunas and steam rooms (the women's steam room was closed). At 11 AM on a Friday, I had a lane to myself, and there were empty lanes.
