Plant Bath is one of the nicer public swimming pools in Ottawa, with a small baby/toddler pool, a main 25m pool, and a hot tub all in the same area with large windows to let in a lot of natural light. It is located in a busy, downtown, residential neighbourhood and has easy access via walking, bus and car. Plant's popularity, however, means that it is quite crowded during lane swims. Some patience may be required when sharing the lanes with swimmers of all levels.
There is also a small splash pad and playground outside, making it a favourite spot for downtown families.
