The pool is well-maintained, clean, with plenty of light, and appears to have been recently refurbished. I went for a swim on a weekday morning at 8 AM. Two lanes were occupied by a school and four lanes were reserved for the general public. There was no speed separation and there were about six people per line: not very nice for a serious workout, but certainly fine for recreational swimming.
The changing rooms, however, are dilapidated: most of the doors to the individual cabins can no longer be locked, and most of the lockers are broken. I would advise swimmers to avoid taking any personal belongings with them: just bring the bare essentials (and a €1 coin, just in case you can find a locker that works!).
