We swam here on a Sunday in September beginning at 10:00 AM. The poll is old but very well maintained. It was not crowded; we each swam in a two-person circle while there. However, lap swim hours are restricted (see the facility note). When we stopped by at 12:30 PM a few days later, each lane had multiple swimmer circles. The locker rooms use the separate cabin with locker system. The locker locks have very small holes so bring a lock with a narrow hasp. Nudity is not allowed in the showers; shower with your suit on. Swim caps (“bonnets”) are required.
