The pool reopened in July, 2024, after a two-year, €10 million renovation that saw the classic, old Piscine Tournesol have its canvas dome replaced with more permanent materials and the pool, itself, replaced with a new six-lane tank in place of the old five-lane one. Unfortunately, the new roof will not open to the fresh air, as the old one did.
