Piscine du Complexe Sportif Claude Robillard

This is a free, clean pool with many lanes and swim hours. The change room is universal, meaning that it is accessible and used by all ages and genders, hence there is no nudity in the open areas. There are many changing cabins, including those with showers so one can shower in the nude in private. Bring your own lock. There are wall-mounted hairdryers and a well-lit grooming area where you use your own hair dryer.

This is a lovely pool, with options for swimming 25 and 30 meters. My only complaint is about the weird signs in the change rooms discouraging nakedness. Be warned that you might be spoken to by a lifeguard if you're "too naked" while changing.

This pool was set up as two short course pools and I swam in both. It's a beautiful pool in a beautiful sports complex. Not crowded.

This is a beautiful 50 meter pool with 10 lanes, located about a five-minute walk from the Cremazie Metro stop. Check hours of public swim before visiting. There is a separate dive tank.
