This is an older pool with lots of activity at all times of the day. When I went, there was a Masters club that occupied three of six lanes at 7 AM, which was great. It seems they have at least two or three open for lane swim throughout the day and hold other activities in parallel (Masters, adult lessons, children's lessons, etc.).
As with other pools in Italy, shoes are left outside the change rooms, you must shower on deck before entering, and you need a swim cap.
