The pool and facilities are clean and the staff friendly, with water at a good temperature for lap swimming. Lap lanes are available during all opening hours, which isn't clear from the online information. At 10:30 AM on a Monday the three lap lanes were busy but not too crowded. The lanes are not speed segregated. Shoes aren't allowed in the changing or pool areas. I was permitted to go in barefoot, but flip flops are definitely preferred.
The showers require a card for activation which wasn't provided with a single swim; fortunately, a friendly fellow swimmer used her card to start one for me. Bring a padlock if you want to lock a locker.
