The pool uses a system where every lane swims in the same, anti-clockwise direction, rather than alternating the lanes' directions - clockwise and anti clockwise, etc. This means that you are swimming 'against' other swimmers every length! The pool staff were very friendly but insistent that everyone swim the 'same side of the lane as you drive', keep to the right! Just be prepared to be rather bruised by the end of your swim! Cool water and clean centre.

Though, the building seems to date back from 70s, it offers well-maintained infrastructure. All lanes are reserved for fast swimmers, and there's a ton of swimming equipment available. Caps are required and one has to bring his own lock to close thelocker, but the staff will provide you one if you've forgotten it. Water temperature is ideal for fast swimming.
