This pool is an old fascist structure, and was built in a theater style for the comfort of the audience. It’s been refurbished, but still is a strange building for a swimming pool. Originally 33m, with a diving-well on one side, it was reduced to 25m, with a small wading/warm-up pool. The well of the diving section was maintained, so lanes 3 & 4 have a change in depth from one end to the other. Considered one of the fastest 25m pools in Italy, many swimmers come here to break records.
