The pool is a bit warm as is the indoor air temperature during warm months. There's a solid locker room with shampoo and soap in showers. Towels are provided.

It's a very nice facility. They have a sign posted about sharing lanes, which is always a good sign, and when I asked another swimmer he was more than willing to share. Parking is an issue. There are spaces in front of the building but they fill up and are limited to an hour. The garages in the neighborhood are limited to those with passes (this a an area with a lot of hospital traffic) but we did find some spaces at meters about a block away.

Clean locker room with sauna and steam rooms; they provide towels. Bring your own lock or rent one for $5. Limited water toys: fins (no Zoomers, more like snorkeling fins), kick boards and aqua aerobics dumbbells that can double as pull-buoys.
