The facility, which opened in early 2015, offers large, accessible change rooms and lockers for personal item storage while swimming. There are swimming lessons for all ages, as well as aerobic water fitness classes scheduled throughout the week. Additional features at the complex include a cardio fitness equipment and weight room, an indoor walking track, and indoor cycling classes.

Pool 1 has accessible pool entry with a ramp and stairs. The diving boards and tarzan rope are open during public swims.
Pool 2 has ramp access for those with mobility issues, a hydrotherapy section with benches and seating area for 12 people, and massage jets on the walls. A lazy river section for a 10m section of pool is relaxing and fun for kids. Two water sprays add more fun to this pool during preschool and public swims..
