During the lunch swims (11.30 A.M. - 1 P.M.) there's hardly anyone there, so that's good, but the shallow end is too shallow and your hands constantly drag the bottom of the pool for almost half the length unless you make a conscious effort to adjust your stroke so as not to drag the bottom. Last time I was there a woman was telling me she always breaks her nails when swimming there, so its not just me. It must be at least six inches shallower than a regular pool. Very weird.
