Staff are friendly and, at 8 AM on a weekday, the pool wasn't too crowded. (There's a two-person limit per lane, and I did see one person having to wait 20 minutes.) The water was only a little cloudy but seemed somehow harsh on my nose and lips.
The locker room is nicely appointed and there are private showers.
I got in for free by signing up for a free 3-day pass; they might have asked me to go through an interview, but I think they were understaffed. I wouldn't make this my regular pool if I lived in Philly, but I'm glad I got to swim in it once. This pool is nicer than the one at the Grant Ave LA Fitness, imho.
