Rating: 8 on a scale of 10. The 30-meter pool was set up with three wide lanes, and everyone doing their own thing, at their own speed, no matter who is in there beside them. Clean, well-lit, well looked after, and 26ºC (79ºF) on the day I visited.

A good public-access pool in an historic, early 20th Century bath, with recently renovated interior. The changing areas have new showers and lockers, and are well-maintained and heated.

The narrow lanes make it difficult to swim past people going in the other direction and impossible to pass a slow swimmer. The lockers are in a corridor instead of in the changing room, making it necessary to traipse one’s street clothes back and forth. Otherwise, it's a nice pool.
