The pool described above is known as the Highate Men's Bathing Pond. There is also a smaller, ~135m long, less regularly shaped (think of a shark's dorsal fin), Kenwood Ladies' Bathing Pond, nearby (see it on its own Google Map HERE), a couple of hundred metres north of the Men's Bathing Pond.

The measurements above are approximations based on Google Maps Distance Measurement Tool readings. The Google tool is remarkably accurate but not exact, and swimming may not be permitted in the entire area of the pond.

Finally, within the same park, about 700 metres west southwest of the Men's Bathing Pond, there is the ~115 metre, Mixed Bathing Pond, which can be seen on the Google Map, HERE.

According to the City of London's website ("Website", above), the Men's and Ladies' Ponds are the only life-guarded, open-water swimming facilities in Europe open to the public every day of the year. The Mixed Pond is also open year-round, but requires membership in the Hampstead Heath Winter Swimming Club, about which we were unable to find any information.
