During a 7 to 8:30 AM weekday swim, I got a whole lane to myself. The water was clean, and they are more insistent about rinsing/washing before getting in the pool than anywhere else I've been, which probably contributes to the water quality. There are backstroke flags, though the deep-end ones are placed further toward the middle of the pool than at the shallow end.
There is an all-gender, common change room area, with lockers in the middle and various sized change rooms, showers, and toilets along the sides and around the corner. You can use your own lock or borrow one for free from the front desk.
It was a lovely experience, I'm so grateful they are there (it's the only swimming option in Jasper, or anywhere nearby!), and I'd happily swim there again. (The half-star was lost because the showers are push-button (they stay on for only 30-45 seconds) and the water pressure was very weak.)
