It was very crowded on a weekday morning at 7 AM. In the 50-meter pool there are four double lanes for circle swimming and no designated fast lanes, making it very chaotic. The water was very warm, at least 85ºF (29ºC).
The changing rooms with showers are large and clean. You can pay by credit card at the window at the entrance. Lockers are available with a kiosk payment for $1 but it's Singapore, so there's no real need.
