The pool has faint lane lines on the bottom of the pool and is deep enough for flip turns. There are no lane ropes, except for one marking off a smaller 9 ft. deep section.The quieter times for swimming laps are during weekdays, when the pool first opens. There are washrooms onsite, but no separate change facilities.
