Adult swimming times are from opening to 9 AM, noon to 2 PM, and 6:30 PM (7 PM at weekends) onwards. I normally swim first thing in the morning and often have the pool to myself. The pool is divided into two normal width lanes plus an area that becomes the family/children area outside the times noted above. My only criticism of the pool is the heat - this is the hottest pool I have ever swum in. It must be nearly 10ºC (18ºF) warmer than a public pool.
