GO Fit Sevilla

I had a very nice swimming experience here. The pool wasn't crowded at 9 AM on a weekday. There were two of us circle swimming, which seems to be the norm. There are lanes marked by speed but all the lanes except the one marked rapido seemed to have water walkers mixed in.

They will give you a locker key if you ask, but it's confusing how to use it. You hold the circle part against the locker button and push the button in with it to lock and unlock. Bring your own towel.

The admission fee is good for the day for the whole sports club. It's a nice pool, with great hours, not too crowded in the mornings, and pretty good for lap swimming. There's also a great, large hydro-therapy pool, check it out. It's an easy walk, close to the train station.

It was new and looked great, but the woman at the front desk wouldnt let me swim unless I paid full membership: €40 - €60. Even I wasn't that desperate for a swim.

The Sato Sport Santa Justa (now GO Fit Sevilla) is the closest to the center of town, an easy walking distance. It is a very new all-sport complex and so the downside is that you pay for an all-day complete sport experience, something like €12.But there are generous lap swim hours, with circle-swimming, protected lockers, and a useful website. The pool was around 80ºF. and clean. Swim caps required!
