As with all SF city pools, exact change is required for the entrance fee. The pool is six lanes wide and, on a Tuesday morning, was divided into three double-wide lanes, initially marked slow, medium, and fast. The speed designations were removed during the session. It was not crowded, but an evening regular told me that the short (1 hour) after-work session is packed. The water was clean and clear, slightly overheated for my taste. The locker room is Spartan. The staff is very friendly.
