I swam in the outdoor pool twice at 5:30 AM (hours are 5:30 AM to 11:00 PM I believe). The water is very warm (about 29ºC), but with it being winter and very cold outside, the two things had an offsetting effect, and the pool didn't feel too hot.
[January,2024] For any "real" training, the pool is too short (18M), but for a good long continuous swim, or whatever you wish to do, it is fine. Flip turns work out both ends. There are no lane ropes, but at least at that time of day there was a maximum of two people in the pool. Perfectly fine - especially for those of us hard core swimmers wanting to get in a swim any way we can.
