This is a nice warm pool, ideal for lap swimming early in the morning.

This is a good pool. There were only three people, including me, this morning though admittedly that was at 6 AM on a Sunday.
You can book online; the website, however, behaves like a wild animal - I used the calendar dropdown to enter my date of birth and it said wrong format! It wouldn't accept a debit card, then it wouldn't accept Google Pay because the payment on the debit card was still pending... But I persevered and it worked eventually. If you fail online you can pay at reception and hope the lanes are not all booked up.
Important: Speedo-style swimming trunks are not allowed. Men can wear tight-fitting trunks, but the material must go down to above the knee.
