I swim here regularly for lunchtime adult lane swimming, noon to 1 PM weekdays. It's a 25m, 5 lane pool, but there is usually enough space for everyone, and sometimes it's very quiet. The staff are friendly, and the changing facilities and showers have recently undergone a refurbishment. Overall, I recommend this facility.
