The pool is large, airy, and well lit – you can do some serious swimming here. The water is about the right temperature but showers can be cold. Lifeguards read magazines and seem not too bothered about what's going on. Watch out for the receptionist who gets stressed when the pool is busy! Changing rooms are a strange mish-mash and it’s difficult to find which is male and which is female! Beware of March maintenance closures.
