Complexe Aquatique de Rosemont

This is a beautiful, new, bright pool with natural light! I really enjoy swimming here when I can. There are unisex change rooms with individual shower and changing stalls. Be warned that the first lane has pretty strong jets along the wall.

Unfortunately, I can only swim here during Masters' training sessions because every time I've gone to lane swim there are 10-15 people per lane in almost every lane! I spoke to multiple receptionists who confirmed that there are almost always this many people swimming at all lane swim times.

This is a beautiful pool with lots of natural light. It has a universal (non-gendered) locker room with small cabins for changing - some with a private shower. Bring your own lock. There are a few hand dryers and outlets near good mirrors for plugging in your own hair dryer. It's clean but the floors are quite slippery, even when wearing flip-flops.

This is a good pool with free access. It's one of the best indoor facilities on the entire island. The staff have been kind. During lap swim hours, lanes are divided into slow/medium/fast — any competitive swimmer will fit into the fast lane. The pool can get crowded at times. There is a very strong current in the large lap pool, which is unusual for a short course pool, but it hasn't affected my workouts too much, yet.
