These are nice pools and membership isn't too expensive. The Olympic pool is lovely, with large clocks and diving blocks. It is generally open from 6 AM to 7 PM and is usually set up for long course meters late Friday and Saturday mornings. The small pool is quite warm and is frequently used by water walkers, water aerobics, and swimming lessons.
Membership includes use of the locker room with five showers (bring your own lock), mini-towels for the gym, and various fitness classes.
Very active Masters and youth swim teams sometimes use up many of the lanes. They keep an up-to-date schedule (there's a link to a page with the current schedule HERE) showing how many lanes are open for lap swim for both pools by day and by hour.
Online lane reservations are available, but I'm not sure anyone bothers using or enforcing it for the Olympic pool where, if you show up during off-hours in middle of day, you can get your pick of any of the twenty, 25-yard lanes.
