Claremont Club & Spa, A Fairmont Hotel

The facility opens at 4:45 AM Monday through Saturday and 6:45 AM on Sunday. There is a time clock and digital clocks at the lap pool. The pool is 78ºF (26ºC) and has five lanes. There is a large, fully equipped health club with exercise equipment and a steam room, sauna, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi® and showers. The facility is immaculate.

The 25m pool is for everyone, including lap swimmers, and is warmer; the 25y pool is for lap swimmers only. Both are older designs (no gutters), so less clean, more waves ,and generally "slower." Kickboards are available. The locker rooms are great: plenty of towels; nice showers with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner; a suit spinner; very similar to a posh gym. Everyone working there was friendly.
