This is a spic-and-span clean pool set up with short course lanes. I had one of the 10 lanes to myself at 11 AM during the week. The swim hours change daily, so assume nothing. A swim cap is required. There are three locker rooms - male, female, and family (family is the furthest from the cashier). I recommend using that room.
