The main indoor pool was recently renovated. It has something almost equivalent to no wash gutters. The rubber tiles at end of pool very soft for flip turns. There are several clocks with 4 second-hands, each a different color, no waiting around forthe top, it arrives in less than 15 seconds. Hours vary but available for lap swimming during the day and in the evening until 10 PM. The pool warm by California standards - good for lap swimming, warm for serious training.
