The facilities are very well maintained and I never have trouble finding room in a lane. However, the pool is quite popular and, on any given day, there are usually two to four swimmers in each lane.The standard is always a counter-clockwise swim in the lane, even with just one swimmer. Thus, joining a lane is quite easy, no matter how much Italian you know.
